Monthly tariff plans:
Monthly fee will be charged prorated in the month of activation, the in bundle allowance will be applied prorated as well. Regardless of the exact deactivation date, the monthly fee is charged in full in the month of deactivation.
There is no rollover to the next month of unused in bundle data.
*) Minimum contract period: If activated after the 1st of a month, the month of activation does not count as the 1st month of the minimum contract period of the tariff plan. Example: If activated on April 10, the contract will run at least until the end of May.
Annual tariff plans:
The annual fee and the annual in bundle volume is valid for one year starting as of the day of activation. Example: A contract activated on 10th March runs until 9th March of the next year.
Billing:
You will receive an invoice with VAT in Euro and an itemisation report. The total monthly fees shall be converted internally on the basis of the current exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
Billing increment Voice: 20 / 20 seconds
Billing increment Data: 5000 B / 100 B
(1 MB = 1.000 kB = 1.000.000 B)
Addition services: Public Static IP $38.50 per month (plus VAT).
2 stage dialing:
The Two-Stage Dialling Platform (PSTN originated dialling) was developed to allow callers the ability to call an Iridium subscriber. The calling party dials an Arizona USA number 001 4807682500. This connects the caller to Iridium’s Two-Stage Dialling platform located in the Tempe, Arizona. Using automated voice prompts, the calling party enters the Iridium sub-scriber’s phone number (8816……). The system will identity the IRIDIUM subscriber and put the call through to the phone. If the customer is not available, through voice prompts the caller will have the option to leave either a numeric or voice mail message. The voice prompts on this platform are in the English language only. The calling party is charged long distance rates from their origination point to Iridium’s Two-Stage Dialling Platform in the Tempe Gateway through their own LD carrier. The Iridium Customer is charged according to the given fee.
Iridium Certus is actually not available in Russia.
Activation:
Activation takes place via our User Portal www.sim-ticket.de. Here you can inform us in advance of your desired activation date. Activation will require both: The IMEI of the device and the SIM-ID of the SIM card. The SIM card cannot be used in another device. It is not possible to activate several SIM-cards for one device at the same time.
At the day of activation we inform you via email about your telephone number as well as the PIN and PUK codes. As soon as the activation has been made the SIM card is in use.
