IsatPhone Pro IsatPhone 2 – Prepaid SIM-Card
The billing based on units. Beside the SIM card you need a Prepaid Voucher too. Those are available for 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 or 5000 units.
Calling rates:
Voice calls to landlines: 1.5 units/minute
Voice calls to cell phones: 1.5 units/minute
Sending a SMS/email: 0.6 units per SMS/email (160 characters)
A minimum call duration of 15 seconds applies to all calls with a billing increment of 15 seconds thereafter.
Activation
You have two options to activate your SIM card:
- Inform us prematurely about your desired activation date on www.sim-ticket.de or
- Inform us simply by email or by telephone about the desired activation date
At the day of recharge we inform you via email about your telephone number as well as the PIN and PUK codes.
As soon as the recharge has been made the voucher is in use.
