Starlink Airtime

Please do not order this item via the store, but contact us by phone or e-mail. If you are interested, we will need the serial number of your Starlink and, in the case of tariffs with a fixed location, the exact address at which Starlink is to be used. Activation may take a few working days in some cases.

*) Please inform us of the installation address for the fixed installation. Subject to a change on the part of Starlink, transferring the system to a new location is free of charge and can always take place at the next billing interval.

• The service is billed from the day of activation. The activation date defines the start of the one-month minimum contract term. Thereafter, the contract is always extended on a monthly basis until it is cancelled by one of the contracting parties. Example: If the contract is activated on 7 March, the one-month minimum contract term ends on 6 April and is then automatically extended until the 6th of the following month.
• The contract can be cancelled at any time. The current billing period will be charged in full. Example: Starlink is currently running from 10 March to 9 April, cancellation takes place on 15 March, Starlink remains active until 9 April and is billed accordingly.
• The device can be reactivated at any time. This is equivalent to restarting the contract.
• Activation/deactivation may take a few working days in individual cases.
• The prices stated here for the activation fee and the monthly basic fee are unfortunately very volatile on the part of Starlink. The prices published on German Starlink website on the day of activation are always decisive. If the prices stated in the contract differ from the actual prices, we will inform you again before activation and obtain your confirmation.
• We are obliged to pass on the company name / organisation name, contact person, address, email address and telephone number to our provider Telespazio Germany GmbH and Starlink.
