To make payment processing as convenient and simple as possible, we offer you a variety of different payment methods in our shop. All payment options at a glance:
PayPal
The PayPal online payment service offers you advantages as a customer in our online shop: As we are notified immediately when payment is received, we can usually dispatch the goods on the same day. PayPal payments are free of charge for customers. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card without registering.
Prepayment/Bank transfer
Immediately after completing the order process, we will send you an automatically generated e-mail containing all the information for your bank transfer. Once your payment has been credited to our account, the desired goods will be dispatched to you.
A bank transfer takes approximately one to two working days within Germany. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days of your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Invoice
Payment on account for public organisations, authorities, institutions, etc.
We are happy to supply you as a public organisation with your first order on account. For smaller companies, the first orders should be placed using one of the other payment methods offered.
